
PENTAL PRODUCTS
From July 2016- Feb 2021 we managed the Australian and New Zealand customer care for all brands in Pental’s stable of home & hygiene products across phone, email and social media. In addition, we also managed the customer care for their house brands for Woolworths, Coles & Aldi. Working closely with the company’s Quality and Assurance department we delivered weekly and monthly analytics on all customer experiences & feedback, to be shared across sales, marketing and production.
