Since June 2019 we have managed the Australian and New Zealand customer care for all SPC retail brands across phone, email and social media, in addition to providing a virtual reception for the company’s 1800 number and managing incoming Food Service enquiries for the SPC  Food Solutions Division. Working closely with the company’s Quality and Assurance department we provide bi-weekly and monthly analytics on all customer interactions, this data is shared across sales, marketing and production. We also manage all customer refunds, sign-off letters and quality complaints from consumers and retailers.
